ABC Simple Inventory
ABC Simple Inventory is perfect for streamlined inventory applications where information from a box or parcel barcode label needs to find its way into a computer. ABC Simple Inventory is perfect for small to medium size businesses by providing a quick and simple way to capture basic inventory data.
There are only seven main functions to the program:
Collect Data
Send Data
Edit Data
Delete Data
Print Data
Export Data (with copy and paste)
Admin Menu
The main menu of the software only has three options to consider:
1. Setting: Select Com Port – This section is set up for the User to select the appropriate port on the computerthe device will be docked to.
2. Send Program to Portable – This option places ABC Basic Inventory on the handheld.
3. Receive Data - This “One Click” application allows the terminal to be programmed and data to be received from one screen each with one button. Behind the scenes, the program will automatically name the file and save each one with a different name into a directory that exists under the main programs directory. The customers Access applications should then pick up the files and either delete them or move them to a different directory so that they are not processed again.

- 650 MHz Pentium-compatible PC
- Microsoft Windows 98/2000/NT/Me/XP
- 100 MB available hard disk space
- 512 MB RAM
NOTE: Please set your “Desktop Resolution” to 1024 x 768 or higher. While the software will work at lower resolutions it will require the operator to use the scroll bars more then necessary.
