ABC Scan .Net is one of the simplest handheld data collection software applications on the market that provides truly straight-forward configuration, database, and reporting abilities. ABC Scan .Net is perfect for most basic Inventory, Fixed Asset, Check In/Check Out, and Document Tracking applications.

ABC Scan .Net is a great handheld data collection application for several reasons:
1. Easy-to-use, Preprogrammed and Customize-able Field Names for Inventory, Fixed Assets, Check In/ Check Out, and Document Tracking Applications.
2.The Ability To Import, Export, and Append Database Information with Excel Workbooks and Syncing that Data with your Handheld.

Features Include:
- Handheld User Login – password protection ensures that so one user can’t log in as another.
- Barcode Printing – prints location and item/asset barcodes out of the box with no customization.
- The supported label sizes are: 2 inch x 1 ¼ inch, 2 inch x 1 inch, 2 inch x ½ inch, 1 ½ inch x ½ inch
- New Handheld Lookup Features
Additional Features:
1) Prevent Re-Index on new item – We re-built the lookup tables on an item / asset addition causing a few second delay between scans. Now the user can decide if the tables are re-built or not.
2) View Remaining Items – A button is added to the “Collect” screen in which the user can chose to view the items that have been scanned or the items that have not yet been scanned. This aids when doing fixed asset type inventories.
3) PC Inventory – Added a routine to the PC which allows the user to do an inventory with a scanner tethered to the PC.

Inventory Example
Location Field
The location screen displays all of the locations that have been programmed for use. New locations can be entered into the handheld which will then be sent to the computer during syncing.
Entering Data
Data can be scanned or manually entered into ABC Scan. A running tally of bar- codes with their quantities and assigned locations are visible every step of the way.
New Products
If the product code does not exist in the computer database, ABC Scan will ask if it should create that entry. This information is transferred to the computer during syncing.
Notes Screen
This screen allows the user to enter a note and associate it with the current record.
