DoD RFID Label Request Form

American Barcode and RFID provides a convenient DoD label printing service for companies that require only modest numbers of compliant RFID labels and cannot, therefore, justify investing in one of our Bundled RFID Solutions that allow users to print their own labels.

- The labels are 4" x 2” thermal transfer labels printed/encoded with a Zebra R110XiIII RFID printer.

- Proper DoD sequences are automatically generated, encoded, and validated from the Miles CP Express software.

- The standard format includes a convenient barcode of the DoD label number, human readable number, and an index number for ease of identification.
