the adult signing out is authorized to take the child from the
facility. One tends to assume the child knows who is allowed
to have custody of them, but recent incidences prove otherwise.

The system creates a unique card for each child with 2 photographs:
the child and those authorized to have custody of the child.
The card may include the names of the child and guardian with
their photograph as well as a valid expiration date. (If multiple
people are authorized, there could be multiple cards.) The guardian
can request additional information (unique to each child) deemed
necessary for their child’s safety including their age and specific
characteristics thus counteracting unauthorized duplication
of the card... The child will have one identification card with
him/her at all times, and the person authorized to have the
child would present the card to receive custody of the child.
By displaying the system in your facility, you give the parents
and children to interact with your staff. This enhances the
relationship you have with your valued customers. The parents
will a sense of security and safety for their children, and
the children will enjoy carrying their identification card that
they helped create.
