American Barcode and RFID (AB&R) offers toll free technical support for all the products we sell whether they are software or hardware. We understand the products we sell are not what you buy at a consumer electronics store, and can be very complicated. We want our customers to understand that we are ready to support you with questions you may have or issues.

Typical questions we field, are things such as, why is there a red light on my printer? My scanner beeps, but nothing is showing up on the screen? The scanner on my terminal is not turning on? How do I put a barcode on the label I am creating? The laser turns on but won’t read my barcode? My terminal says the backup battery is low, what does that mean? I collected data on my terminal but it is not showing up in my database?

Our support staff has many years of experience answering the above questions and having the path to the manufacturers of the equipment if we are unable to answer the questions. Typically you will only have to make 1 call to get your problem corrected, we will be able to answer the question, and in the same phone call if not we will get the manufacturer in on your original call.

We support customers they have purchased a single item, to customers that we have sold thousands of items too.
