Inventory picking management relates to the process of gathering the correct items/components/raw materials necessary to send to production/packing in order to fulfill a customer order.  It also usually includes a process for investigating excess parts/items that are returned to the warehouse.

Picking items from the warehouse to be sold directly to the customer is known as "Order-Picking", whereas picking items to be used in production, or that are part of a product bundle/kit, is referred to as "Bill of Materials Picking."

LPN Stripping - Strip a LPN into packages or pieces to satisfy multiple PickTickets; Auto-Strip LPNs

Batch Picking (Pick-n-Stick) - Pick and Pass; Picking onto Skids is optional; Skip picks to avoid congestion in aisles; Confirm picks by Task/From-LPN/To-LPN; Switch confirmation method during pickng; Auto ship LPNs on a batch at the end of picking
