ABC Simple is a solution created to enable a business owner to quickly verify his or her inventory.

How Does It Work?

The solution includes a bar code-enabled mobile computer and our ABC Scan Simple Inventory Software. The solution consists of a program running on a PC and on the included barcode-enabled mobile device. Here is how it works:

Import your existing location data from an “Excel” spreadsheet or typed in to our PC program.

Make sure your products to be inventoried have barcodes on them. We sell several solutions to print barcodes if needed. Note: The “UPC” codes on already on most products may be utilized.

At "Inventory Time" , simply bring the mobile device in the field where the items are and scan them. The user first scans (or selects from a list) the “Location” and then he or she scans each item in the location and finally enters the quantity.

Our inventory user presses “Save” and takes the mobile device to the next location to be inventoried and repeats the above step.

When all locations have been inventoried simply bring the mobile device back to the PC and connect it with a cradle or docking cable.

Start the PC program and the data from the mobile device will automatically be sent to the PC and the inventory counts will be updated.

Export Data to “Excel”, “PDF”, “XPS” with an email option Data collected from the handheld is automatically backed up

Other Screens - Setup Titles

The solution supports "User Defined Titles" so the field names may be changed by the user.   This allows our solutions to be configured for other applications.   Changing the titles allows our solution to be used anywhere it is necessary to associate multiple "Child" items with a "Parent" item.  See our  "Applications" page elsewhere on this web site.
