If you already have specialists for keeping your equipment up and running, we offer repair training. If you already know the ins and outs of the equipment, we can provide you the parts necessary to perform maintenance and repair on your equipment.

American Barcode and RFID (AB&R) understands that many of our customers have there own maintenance department and you may not need any of our repair services, such as time and materials, extended warranty or maintenance agreements.

What we can offer is training for your maintenance department so they are up to speed on the equipment you get from American Barcode and RFID (AB&R). We can perform the training for 1 person on your team or several. We can come to you, or you can have your team come to AB&R. We can arrange for your team to have direct training from the manufacturer of the equipment. Regardless of your needs we have a solution for you.

Once you trained and know what you need, we stock many of the parts that your team may need to keep you and your business running. As we are a repair center, we need to keep many of the common failed parts on hand. We stock printheads, platens, belts and many other parts that commonly fail. In many cases we have schematic drawings and parts breakdown on equipment to easily find the part number and get the parts you need.
