Depot Service

We understand that in some cases many of our customers have pools of equipment, or the equipment is not critical. Depot Service is tailored to this need.  With our time and materials, service agreements and extended warranties we offer the option of Depot service versus an On-Site (your location) visit.  You would contact the service team at AB and R and we will issue an RMA number, and as soon as your equipment arrives we will perform the repair services.  At the time of the initial call we will ask you questions, such as the problem or symptom, contact person(s), address and phone number and any other pertinent information to prepare for the repair.  Once the repair service(s) are complete, and the quoting and billing process are complete, we will place the item in will call for pick-up or ship the equipment back to your location.
