Configuration/Installation
If you don’t have the labor or time to set up your devices, we have a service to configure your new equipment, so your off and running as soon as you receive it. We can configure scanners, terminals and printers. We can activate sim cards, perform image and software loads as well as burn in and test. We can also help after the equipment arrives installing your hardware and applications. We can train your team on proper use, and get the most from your new equipment.
Warranty
If you buy AIDC equipment, it is likely you could use all or part of the warranty services that ABRFID offers. We offer extended warranty programs from all of our partners, like Motorola’s “Service from the Start” and Zebra’s “Zebra Care”. These warranties can be on-site or depot. Even if you did not purchase an extended warranty, most of these products come with a warranty and we already have a proven system working with the manufacturers and tracking your warranty repairs.
Maintenance agreement
If you had decided against extended warranty, and need repair services, we offer time and materials repairs as well as maintenance agreements after the warranty period is expired. The agreements can include “hot swap” services.
Parts
If you already have specialists for keeping your equipment up and running, we offer repair training. If you already know the ins and outs of the equipment, we can provide you the parts necessary to keep perform maintenance and repair on your equipment.
Service Bureu
If it cant be justified to purchase equipment, we offer a label printing, card printing and RFID encoding service. We have a team of individuals ready to perform asset tagging and tracking.
Asset Disposal
If you have existing equipment that we are replacing, we offer an asset disposal program to possibly offset cost of the new equipment. |
