Nearly all of the equipment we sell comes with some sort of warranty from the manufacturer.  Here at AB&R, we offer extended warranties on the equipment you buy from us to ensure your success and protect you from those costly repairs that always seem to come up two weeks after the warranty expires.

            Examples of the “extended warranty” are Motorola’s Service from the Start and Zebra’s Zebra Care.  In the case of the Motorola service from the start they give you faster turn around time, in some cases cover damage, and of course extend the warranty above what it would be without the extension.  In the case of Zebra Care, you may have on-site repairs done, instead of having to box up your printer and ship it to Illionois for repair, this gets you up and running almost immediately, and gives you the confidence knowing your business can keep going.

            If you decided against extended warranty, again most of the equipment we sell has a warranty from the manufacturer, it may not cover damage and will have to be shipped in.  Our service team at AB&R can help you procure the RMA number from the manufacturer, track the progress of the repair and make sure you are getting the service on your product that you deserve.  If your company is like ours, you do not have extra labor time for someone to babysit a repair.  We can help with the entire process or any piece of the process that you may need.

            We already have a proven system working with the manufacturers and tracking your warranty repairs.  In 2008 we were Motorola’s Service “Partner of the year” and have built solid relationships with Intermec, Zebra, Datamax and many others.  Many of our competitiors have no way of helping you get your product serviced within the warranty period or not.  AB&R has the team here that cares about sustaining your financial growth.
