Many of our customers have pools of equipment allowing them the flexibility to be without their equipment while it is in for repair or maintenance.  AB&R's Our-Site Repair Service is perfect for this need.  This option is available in all of our service agreements, extended warranties and even our time-and-material repair services.

Our extended service agreements provide options for a one-day, three-day or five-day turnaround and include all labor, parts (not including printheads and scan engines) and shipping back to the customer location (inside the U.S.A.).

Contact the AB&R service team at 800-281-3056 x 1649, or fill out the form on the left, and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  As soon as your equipment arrives we will perform the repair services.  Please include the equipment manufacturer and model number, the problem or symptom, the contact person(s), address, phone number and any other pertinent information to help us prepare for the repair.  Once the repair service has been completed we will place the item in will call for pick-up or ship the equipment back to your location.
