Paid Time Off and Holidays
Full-time, regular employees of American Barcode and RFID are eligible for paid vacation. The company also recognizes eight paid holidays per year, and employees are given one additional paid day off per year in recognition of their birthdays.
Tuition Assistance Plan
Full-time, regular employees of American Barcode and RFID are eligible to participate in our Tuition Assistance Plan (TAP) upon completion of 12 months of continuous employment with the company. The purpose of TAP is to broaden employees' job-related knowledge, keep them current with business and technology changes, enhance their ability to compete for reasonably-attainable jobs within the company, and help them meet the competitive challenges of today's global business environment.
