AB&R's professional services can be an essential component to the successful implementation of any AIDC, RFID or Wireless system.  Our solution architects and systems engineers have extensive knowledge and experience in determining the scope-of-work, establishing ROI metrics, and training our clients on how to transform process data into information that management can use to make better decisions and more accurate forecasts.

  • Installation and Configuration - AB&R will configure your new equipment and software so you are off and running and soon as it arrives.  We will also install your hardware and applications after they arrive at your facility.
  • Training - Whether it is on-site training, or remote web-based training, having your employees trained on the new solution by the experts that created it will help increase User Adoption and shorten any learning curve.
  • Site Surveys - When it comes to RFID and Wireless you can purchase the best equipment, have the best software and the best intentions and still fail miserably if the wireless and RFID infrastructure doesn't allow the system to perform the way it is expected to work.
  • Custom Programming - AB&R has a team of experienced programmers skilled in custom AIDC applications, database design and full system integration with legacy and ERP systems.  AB&R eliminates the need for customers to change the way they do business to suit the software; AB&R can adapt the software to meet the needs of our customer.
  • System Requirements Design Study (SRDS) - An SRDS is a comprehensive functional specification document derived from in-depth application analysis, consultation with all project stakeholders, and legacy software integration considerations.
  • Printing & Tagging Service - If it can't be justified to purchase equipment, AB&R offers barcode label printing, card printing, RFID encoding and compliance label printing.  We will even come to your location and tag your assests for you.

Repair & Warranty

Maintaining peak performance of AIDC, RFID and Wireless equipment is critical.  AB&R's professionally trained, manufacturer-certified service team provides our customers the peace-of-mind that comes from knowing your system is backed by the best and brightest in the industry.

  • On-Site Repair - We understand that sometimes you simply can't be without your equipment or it isn't feasible to bring it/send it to us.  On-site response time is eight business hours, or no later than the next business day.
  • Our-Site Repair - When it does make sense to bring or send your equipment to us, AB&R offers one, three, and five day turnaround repair service.
  • Hot Spare Repair - This option provides for a replacement ("spare") unit to be shipped over-night priority from AB&R the same business day.  Once the "spare" unit is received simply return the failed unit to AB&R for repair and to replenish your "spare" pool.
  • Extended Warranty Protection - Nearly all of the equipment we supply comes with a warranty from the manufacturer. AB&R offers extended warranty protection on our equipment to ensure your success and protect you from costly repairs after the manufacturer warranty expires.
  • Repair Training - If you already have specialists for keeping your equipment up and running, we offer repair training.
  • Zebra Printer Parts - If you already know the ins and outs of the equipment, we provide the parts necessary to perform maintenance and repair on your equipment.

Technical Support

AB&R offers toll free technical support for all of the software and hardware products we offer.  We understand these products are not what you buy at a consumer electronics store, and can be complex.  We want you to understand that we are ready to support you with any questions or issues you may have.

  • Hardware Support - If you have a piece of equipment not working properly we can help. At AB&R we understand working within a budget and understand you may not be able to replace the failing equipment, but need it working to keep your business running.
