functional specification document derived from in-depth application
analysis, consultation with all project stakeholders, and legacy software

equipment, AB&R offers barcode label printing, card printing, RFID encoding
and compliance label printing. We will even come to your location and
tag your assests for you.

On-Site Repair - We understand that sometimes you simply can't be
without your equipment or it isn't feasible to bring it/send it to us.
On-site response time is eight business hours, or no later than the next

equipment to us, AB&R offers one, three, and five day turnaround repair
Hot Spare Repair - This option provides for a replacement ("spare") unit
to be shipped over-night priority from AB&R the same business day.
Once the "spare" unit is received simply return the failed unit to AB&R for
repair and to replenish your "spare" pool.
Protection - Nearly all of the equipment we supply comes with a
warranty from the manufacturer. AB&R offers extended warranty protection on
to ensure your success and protect you from costly repairs after the
manufacturer warranty expires.
Repair Training - If you already have specialists for keeping your
equipment up and running, we offer repair training.
Parts - If you already know the ins and outs of the
equipment, we provide the parts necessary to perform maintenance and repair
on your equipment.
