Company Origin and History

American Barcode and RFID began as Burland Associates, Incorporated in 1980 as a manufacturers' representative for computer peripheral products.  Burland became American Barcode Concepts in 1995 and evolved into the dominant Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of the AIDC industry in the Southwest.  Today, American Barcode and RFID is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and markets its bar code and RFID solutions to point-of-sale, retail, industrial, commercial, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, food services and wholesale customers throughout the United States and the world.
